This week we begin a series of interviews with the presenters scheduled for the 2015Adequan/USDF Annual Convention. Jennifer Mallot Kotylo joins us to talk about the lecture and exercise programs she will be presenting to help attendees improve their riding through movement. Jennifer Mallot Kotylo of Chicago, IL is a Certified Core Dynamics Pilates Instructor, Certified Level 2 Equliates teacher, Certified Balimo practitioner and a USDF L Graduate with Distinction.
Dr. Hillary Clayton, BVMS, PHD, DACVSMR, MRCVS of Mason, MI is an equestrian, veterinarian, author, researcher, and clinician. As past Dressage Chair at MSU’s Mary Anne McPhail Equine Performance center, Dr.Clayton conducted targeted studies in bitting, saddle fit biometrics,kinematics and kinetics, and locomotion. After retiring from the university, she established Sport Horse Science, LLC. She is a past president of the Association for Equine Sports Medicine and is vice president of the American College of Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation. She has been inducted into the International Equine Veterinarians Hall of Fame, the Saskatoon sports Hall of Fame and the Midwest Dressage Association Hall of Fame. Dr. Clayton is a USDF Bronze, Silver and Gold Medalist and member of the USEF Dressage Committee.
