Shannon Peters of San Diego, CA is a USDF Bronze, Silver and Gold Medalist and three time USEF National Championship competitor. Together with her husband Steffen, she operates the training facility Arroyo del Mar.
Mark Martinelli DVM, PhD, DACVS of Encinitas, CA currently works through California Equine Orthopedics where he focuses on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of equine lameness.

Her first book, “Training the not so Perfect Dressage Horse”, was published in 2012 and reached the best seller lists. Her second book "Dressage Solutions" was published in2015.
