Natalie DeFee Mendik, Castle Rock, CO, is a multiple American Horse Publications editorial and graphics awards winner specializing in equestrian media. She holds an MA in English from Colorado State University, an International Federation of Journalists' International press card, and is a member of the International Alliance of Equestrian Journalists. Natalie is a USDF Bronze Medalist.
Christine Traurig, Carlsbad, CA, is the current United States Equestrian Federation's Young Horse Coach. In 2000, she was part of the United States Dressage Team at the Sydney Olympics, that won the Team Bronze Medal. Also in 2000, Christine was named the US Olympic Committee’s Female Equestrian Athlete of the Year. Christine is a USDF Honorary Instructor.
