Marilyn Heath, Venice, FL, is a USEF Senior Dressage Judge, L Education Program Faculty member, USDF L Program and Judges Committee member, and USDF Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient.
Eileen Phethean, is Kentucky Equine Research’s Chief Operating Officer. She received her B.S. in Animal Science and her MBA from the University of Kentucky and has enjoyed a lifelong association with horses.

Lisa Gorretta, Chagrin Falls, OH, serves as the USDF Vice President, USEF ‘R’ Technical Delegate, FEI Level 2 Steward and Co-Chair of the US Equestrian Dressage Sport Committee.
Charlotte Bredahl-Baker, Solvang, CA, was a member of the 1992 Olympic Dressage team, she is an FEI 4* Dressage Judge, USEF Assistant Youth Coach and USDF Honorary Instructor.

Hilltop Farm’s managing director Natalie DiBerardinis talks about matching mares with stallions, and Hagyard Equine Medical Institute Veterinarian, Karen Wolfsdorf, talks about embryo transfer and other options for mare owners.
Natalie DiBerardinis, Colora, Maryland, is managing director of Hilltop Farm and co-chair of the Sport Horse Committee. Natalie is also a board member for the Mid-Atlantic Hanoverian Breeders Association, current chair for the American Hanoverian Society Inspection Committee, member of the North American Stallion Sport Test organizing committee, and Vice President of the US Sport Horse Breeders Association.
Dr. Karen Wolfsdorf, Lexington, KY, In 1996, Dr. Wolfsdorf joined Hagyard Equine Medical Institute as an Associate and in 2002 she became one of the first two woman Members of the Practice. Dr. Wolfsdorf’s main area of interest is infertility in the mare and problems during pregnancy. She spends her time working as a field veterinarian and as a specialist at the McGee Fertility Center. Dr. Wolfsdorf has authored many chapters on equine reproduction as well as lectured worldwide and published research.

This week Laura Graves joins us to talk about Verdades being named 2017 Adequan®/USDF Grand Prix Horse of the Year and Sandy Venneman talks about training from the horses' point of view.
Laura Graves, Geneva, FL, and Verdades earned an individual silver medal and team gold medal at the Pan American Games. They also were members of the bronze medal-winning U.S. Dressage Team at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. Verdades, owned and ridden by Laura Graves was named 2017 Adequan®/USDF Grand Prix Horse of the Year. Verdades' median score of 79.940 percent made him the top horse in the United States competing at this level.
Sandy Venneman, PhD, Sealy, TX, is an experimental psychologist, with a lifetime teaching certificate in secondary education, Sandy combines psychology with 40 years experience riding to help equestrians reach their potential. Coaching riders in the use of psychology to improve their riding, she instructs and gives mounted and un-mounted clinics nationwide.
